FULLER Equip was launched by Fuller Seminary to offer a wide range of non-accredited courses and programs as well as training, consulting, and other services. FULLER Equip is a global organization with partners and programs throughout the world. Learners who typically enroll in our courses are seeking high-quality education for ministry initiatives and personal spiritual development. We also partner with ministry and non-profit organizations in the development and administration of Kingdom-advancing programs.
Fuller Seminary is fully accredited by Western Association of Schools and Colleges Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), the Association of Theological Schools (ATS), and the American Psychological Association (APA). The contact information for these agencies can be found here. While FULLER Equip does not offer courses for college credit, we utilize many of the same faculty who research and teach at Fuller Seminary to help us develop highly focused and relevant content.
We offer a wide range of online Christian courses with NO residency requirement. Because our courses are 100% online, students can study from anywhere in the world that has internet access. Most of our learners are busy adults who are engaged in volunteer or professional ministry roles or are intentional in their ongoing spiritual development.
Any individual can enroll in a FULLER Equip course, so there is no application process required.
Yes! We have learners participating in our courses from across the globe. Because our courses are offered 100% online, there are no residency or travel requirements.
It depends. Individuals who complete a certificate program may be eligible for credit if enrolling in a degree program at Fuller Seminary, but individual courses offered through FULLER Equip do not provide college credits (nor do they include a lot of assignments!). While you won’t earn academic credit for these courses, you’ll appreciate the quality and relevance – just what you’d expect from Fuller, one of the most influential Christian seminaries in the world.
Courses vary in their length and generally range in price from $0 to $125 per course. ALL materials are included in the price of the course.
Courses are designed to be completed at your own pace. As you review the courses, you’ll note that each has an estimated number of hours to complete that course. Generally, a course can be completed between 4 and 21 hours.
Certificate programs should be viewed as a professional development program but offers significant savings over a traditional academic degree program. Mot certificate programs offered through FULLER Equip include 6 courses and cost between $950 and $1,250. The cost includes ALL course materials.
Answer: Learners enrolled in our Certificate programs are often working full time and can typically complete a certificate in six to nine months. Unlike a rigid university program, FULLER Equip certificate programs are self-paced, and thus structured to provide maximum flexibility for you, your ministry, and your family.
The courses offered through FULLER Equip were designed to be affordably-priced, high-quality learning opportunities and are not eligible for financial aid or any Fuller scholarships.
Yes! We continue to add courses to our library of resources and they are currently available in Chinese (中國人) and Spanish (Español).

Like many academic institutions, Fuller has a large number of Centers and Institutes that are research-based specialists in their fields. One of the unique aspects of our Centers is their mission to translate that expertise to everyday applications that make a difference in the lives of individuals, families, and work. FULLER Equip draws heavily on the Centers to provide highly relevant, contemporary content for our courses. Centers also work closely with our strategic partners on a variety of projects, grants, and other initiatives.

FULLER Equip Courses are for anyone who is interested in growing deeper spiritually. With Fuller Equip Courses, learners are able to invest in their spiritual growth in their everyday contexts, as individuals or with their community.
No, you don’t need a degree. This platform is designed for learners who want to enhance their personal and professional growth without needing to acquire a graduate degree or graduate certificate. Some of our learners pursue professional certificates as a way to discern if they want to pursue further theological study.
Yes! We encourage you to use FULLER Equip Courses as a resource to aid you in a journey of lifelong learning in your everyday contexts, even after you have graduated from Fuller.

FULLER Equip courses and certificates are self-led, so you can begin them anytime and work through them at your own pace.
The courses are online with some modules including video components. You can access courses any time by logging in to your Equip Account.
Courses include questions for reflection, questions to initiate conversations with others, and practices you can do to gain deeper understanding of the material. Certificate courses include human-graded feedback in a final project.
